The purchased parts must have a quality certificate and no obvious appearance damage before assembly can be carried out. The installation of colored and galvanized sheets should follow the principle of bottom to top and inside to outside construction to prevent rainwater from entering the insulation area, while also maintaining a beautiful appearance. Before installing the filter bag, it is necessary to clean the debris on the air chamber and flower board, and then clean all installation objects in the box and ash hopper, such as lifting ears, tools, small parts, welding rods, welding slag, etc.

Precautions for installation of bag filter

For the convenience of transportation, bag filter equipment is usually disassembled and shipped for delivery. After receiving the equipment, it is first checked for missing parts according to the equipment list, and then checked for damage during transportation. Any damage caused during transportation should be repaired in a timely manner, and the received equipment should be protected against damage and theft.

Special inspection should be carried out on the ash discharge device. Lubricating grease should be applied to the rotating or sliding parts, and lubricating oil should be injected into the gearbox to ensure the normal operation of the components.

During installation, strict adherence to the dust collector equipment manufacturer's drawings, technical requirements, and industry related installation standards should be followed.

The installation of equipment should be carried out from bottom to top, and the equipment foundation should be consistent with the design drawings. Before installation, check and repair the foundation, then lift the support column, adjust the horizontal and vertical alignment, and install the crossbeam and ash hopper. After fixing the ash hopper, check the relevant dimensions, correct the errors, lift the lower and middle box bodies, upper box body, air duct, and then install the airbag, pulse valve, nozzle, electrical system, and compressed air pipeline system.
